Beer was flowing as St Andrews University hosted its fourth Oktoberfest for Charity.

Some 1200 students from the town and all over europe flocked to Kinkell Byre for the bavarian-themed gathering, inspired by the 200-year-old Munich Oktoberfest.

The event was organised by a group of German students and raised money for Tayside Children with Cancer and Leukaemia.
