Event: Felix & Craig's Fundraising for Finn (Saturday 4th June 2011)

My brother Finn is 2 years old and he has Leukaemia. He was diagnosed on the 10th of April 2011, since then he has spent a lot of time in hospital. First he was in the Sick Kids Hospital in Edinburgh and now he is getting a lot of treatment at the Tayside Children's Hospital based in Ninewells, Dundee. He is constantly making me laugh with his little dance to the Thomas the Tank Engine theme tune:D He is very brave and a pretty cool little bro!

Me and my friends Ronan, Jacob, Josh & Craig have decided to to raise some money by cycling from our school ,Wormit Primary, to the Bridgeview station cafe restaurant on Riverside in Dundee and back.

We are raising money TCCL (pronounced tickle) who are a charity that help families who have a child with cancer.

UPDATE: : I have had to change the target 4 times coz we r rasing so much thnx everyone!:D and now anothertime!!:D
: we now have a facebook page: The Mighty Finn!:D

Making a donation through CharityGiving is simple.
charitygiving.co.uk is operated by The Dove Trust, a charity with almost 30 years' experience of helping individuals, charities and good causes globally, so your giving is safe and secure.

CharityGiving will reclaim gift aid tax on your donation (if you are a UK taxpayer), meaning any donation is worth around 25% more. They also charge less than most other fundraising websites, so more money goes to this great cause!

Thanks again for your support!

Felix.

Felix and his friends attend Wormit Primary School.  The lads have now set their terget at £2500.   Quite a challange I hear you say.    Yet - since setting up their charitygiving page on 23 May, they have (as at 20:00 Hrs on 1 Jun) raised £2478.

I am so impressed by their determination and support for our charity.   They are truely outstanding characters, and I take my hat off to them.   I look forward to meeting them in person in Dundee on Saturday to thank them in person.
